Terms of Service
Template notice. This document is a starting template. Have a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction review and adapt it (especially the refund policy and governing-law clauses) before publishing for paying customers.
1. Agreement
By creating an account or buying the Remote Job Blueprint (the “Product”) at https://sellafrik.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Product
The Remote Job Blueprint is a digital book and accompanying online reader, sold as a one-time purchase. Once paid, your access is personal and granted for the lifetime of the platform, subject to these Terms.
3. Your account
- You must provide a real name and email address.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity under your account.
- One account is for one person. You may not share your account credentials with anyone else.
4. Licence and intellectual property
When you buy the Product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to read the Blueprint for your own use.
You may not:
- copy, redistribute, republish, or resell the Product or any substantial part of it;
- share your account credentials so that other people can read the Blueprint without paying;
- circumvent or attempt to circumvent the reader’s technical protections (watermarking, anti-copy measures);
- use the Product or its contents to train machine-learning models, build a competing product, or for any commercial redistribution.
Each page of the reader carries a watermark identifying your account. Distributing the Product is a copyright violation and grounds for account termination without refund.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Paystack and Flutterwave. We never store your card or bank details. Prices are shown in your local currency where supported, and may change at any time, but the price you paid for an existing access is final.
6. Refunds

- No refunds — clearly stated at checkout, because the Product is digital and accessed immediately.
- 7-day money-back guarantee — refund if requested within 7 days and reading session count is below a threshold.
- Refund only if access could not be granted — e.g. payment was charged but no account was activated.
Pick one and replace this section before publishing. Whatever you choose, state it clearly here and on the checkout page so it’s legally enforceable.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, probe, or overload the platform.
- Do not use automated tools to scrape content or pages.
- Do not impersonate another person or sign up with disposable email addresses to abuse promotions.
8. Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account, without refund, if we find evidence of:
- distributing the Product to non-paying users;
- fraudulent payment or chargebacks made in bad faith;
- repeated abuse of platform features (mass-creating accounts, scraping, brute-forcing logins).
9. Disclaimers
The Blueprint is sold for educational purposes. We do not guarantee that you will land a remote job, or any specific income. Outcomes depend on your effort, market conditions, and factors outside our control.
The platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Product is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing law

12. Changes
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we’ll notify active users by email. Continued use after the “Last updated” date means you accept the new Terms.
